It's not a rejection due to incompetence: there could only be one winner. These profiles are particularly valuable because they've already been validated by a demanding recruitment team.
? What types of candidates are shared?
We focus on "Verified Finalists": candidates who reached the final stages of a recruitment process but weren't selected for reasons unrelated to their skills (budget, timing, cultural fit with another candidate, etc.).
